Requirements

• Motivated and self-directed individuals.

• Experience in the insurance/loss control industry is desirable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of the construction and real estate business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys at client sites in the Essex County, MA area.
• Evaluate residential and commercial properties for insurance purposes.
• Document underwriting concerns and make recommendations for risk improvement.
• Provide replacement cost estimating and loss prevention services.
