FASTSIGNS/Pittsburgh is looking for a mechanically-minded Field Lead who takes pride in owning a project from start to finish. Why Join a Professional Shop? A Lead's Schedule: Our standard hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM . However, being a Lead means owning the deadline. This role requires occasional flexibility for early starts or working past 5:00 PM to ensure a high-profile install is completed perfectly. Very occasional weekend work may be required for specific commercial projects. Zero Drama: We value calm, logical problem-solving over tempers and excuses. Support: We provide a 25’ bucket truck, high-end tools, and digital tablets. What Defines a "Lead" at Our Shop: Unshakeable Reliability: Our team and our clients depend on us. You are the most reliable person in the building. Chronic "emergencies" or attendance issues need not apply. Mechanical IQ: You understand structural anchoring, substrates (brick, block, EIFS), and basic electrical. You take pride in work that is level, plumb, and permanent.
