WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Field Industrial Sales Representative! Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (sales management, marketing) OR 5+ years of related experience Valid driver's license and a clean driving record 2+ years of industrial hydraulic fluid power sales experience 5+ years of success generating sales in new markets Experience with sales management, marketing, and technical sales Extensive knowledge of the function and associated with manufacturing (OEM) hydraulic mobile equipment Ability to communicate, collaborate, and present on Microsoft Teams as needed Effective communication skills Technologically savvy and willing to learn new applications and approaches Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Willingness to help and teach team members Willingness to participate in required training Advanced knowledge of Epicor, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite is a plus.
