About The Position

The Implementation Partner leads high‑visibility client rollouts and major program launches. This role packages, executes, and tracks new initiatives while serving as a key connector between Client Managers, Field Support, and senior leadership. You will manage complex, high‑touch projects, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, support client communications, and drive successful program implementation from planning through completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior account or project management experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills (functions, calculations, VLOOKUPs).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to learn multiple software and data platforms.
  • Must be proactive, organized, and self‑motivated.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong relationship‑building experience preferred.
  • Preferred: experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new client rollouts and program changes for high‑touch, high‑visibility accounts.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure on‑time execution.
  • Identify and escalate issues such as delays, service gaps, or pricing concerns.
  • Lead weekly status calls and facilitate daily escalation meetings as needed.
  • Communicate client expectations to Field Support and collaborate on solutions.
  • Determine internal resource needs and maintain alignment across teams.
  • Provide project status reports to Client Managers and Canteen One leadership.
  • Communicate directly with client contacts regarding updates, delays, issues, and questions.
  • Maintain accurate project schedules, risk logs, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare executive‑level summaries outlining timelines, barriers, and next steps.
  • Track completion percentages, metrics, and project performance.
  • Gather information from multiple platforms and prepare polished presentations.
  • Present updates via phone, webinar, and in‑person meetings.
  • Run reports to validate account setup and data accuracy.
  • Create and manage project entries within required systems.
  • Support cross‑departmental special projects.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to team members.
  • Train new Implementation Coordinators and Specialists.
  • Deliver high‑quality project execution and timely responses to internal and external clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of vending, markets, pantry, and OCS trends.
  • Keep tracking platforms consistently updated.
  • Escalate concerns promptly to Client Managers and Vendor Team leads.
