About The Position

The Field HVAC Service Manager will oversee and train Residential and Light Commercial Technicians in the Greater Houston area. This role involves addressing HVAC technical issues and performance concerns directly with customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• NATE or equivalent certifications in Air Conditioning, Gas Heating, Heat Pumps, & Air Distribution.
• 10 years of verifiable experience in Residential and/or Light Commercial HVAC Service for a licensed HVAC contractor.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• EPA certification and TDLR registration.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Residential and Light Commercial Technicians at various job sites.
• Address HVAC technical and system diagnostic issues on behalf of the Customer Service Department.
• Assist Service Technicians over the phone and in the field with HVAC service diagnostics.
• Write corporate service procedures and update service pricing.
• Assist in obtaining service parts and manage the service department parts inventory.
