About The Position

The Field HR Coordinator at Ensign Services, Inc. is responsible for executing HR-related duties at a professional level, collaborating closely with HR Resources and the HR Director. This role encompasses various functional areas including HR administrative operations, training, HR metrics reporting, data analytics, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and policy communication. The position is pivotal in supporting the HR needs of multiple facilities, ensuring effective HR practices and compliance across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
• Highly technical and proficient across Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel).
• Working knowledge of state and federal labor law.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Multi-unit HR experience is a plus.
• PHR or SPHR Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes reports and employee-related data to identify successes and opportunities on HR metrics.
• Analyzes employee-related data and identifies successes and opportunities.
• Performs audits of facility processes.
• Tracks and prepares annual reviews within area of responsibility.
• Provides HR coverage and support to operations temporarily without an HR Representative.
• Identifies, supports, and trains HR Representatives in HR procedures and business system processes.
• Acts as the first point of contact for HR Representatives on Workday processes or company policies.
• Addresses basic employee concerns and documents as appropriate with support or guidance from HR Resource or HR Director.
• Provides remote support to facilities during onsite government surveys or audits.
• Identifies training opportunities for HR Representatives using question or issue trend analysis and provides monthly training webinars.
