Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home healthcare and pediatrics
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, supervising clients
• Training Staff
• Develop and oversee patient care plans and orders.
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Foster strong relationships with employees and clients
• Assist with Compliance
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to assist with office duties as needed.
