About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field HEMA Manager to join our team, focusing on the GI/Endoscopy segment. A successful candidate will possess excellent technical expertise in healthcare administration and delivery, facility and physician reimbursement, and health economic value messaging. This individual will exhibit outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a broad and diverse group of key stakeholders. They will also convey the unique capabilities that Boston Scientific Endoscopy brings to this market. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy both strategic planning and execution. This is a field-based position with an estimated overnight travel requirement of up 75%. The position will cover the Mid-Atlantic Region, including North Carolina, Virginia, Delaware, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
