This position is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of assigned field project(s). Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Coordinate & communicate with the Field Operations Manager and Estimator on project status, problems, or deviations from schedule or contract. Possess working knowledge of all project plans and specifications. Order/requisition materials and supplies. Coordinate work activities with other project activities and subcontractors. Supervise employees, discipline as necessary, and evaluate performance. Generate accurate Daily Worksheets, time cards, and daily inspection logs for equipment. Represent JAF at project coordination meetings. Coordinate changes to manpower, customer requests, and employee/site issues with the Field Operations Manager/Project Manager. Responsible for cleanliness and safety on all job sites. Responsible for adhering to all JAF company policies and procedures as well as the customer's. Schedule all tool and equipment needs with the Equipment Manager and Toolroom Supervisor. Responsible for maintenance of all work vehicles & equipment in the crew. Assist employees engaged in construction activities using tools or equipment. Train employees in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
