About The Position

The position involves supervising training and educating store teams on current and new product offerings with a focus on Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) to ensure compliance with HACCP regulatory requirements. The role includes overseeing new store start-ups and remodels for Foodservice, addressing issues in stores in real-time, and providing immediate solutions during visits. Responsibilities also include conducting troubleshooting seminars, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective training materials, coaching under-performing stores, and maintaining a database of training sessions and visits. The position requires creating a training environment that empowers employees and fosters a cooperative learning atmosphere.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in food safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise training and educating store teams on product offerings with emphasis on FSQA.
  • Supervise new store start-ups and remodels for Foodservice.
  • Address issues in stores in real-time and provide immediate solutions.
  • Visit assigned stores on a set schedule for food safety monitoring.
  • Conduct troubleshooting seminars for equipment and process issues.
  • Act as a central contact for stores regarding food service categories.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and other stakeholders for effective training materials.
  • Coach and monitor under-performing stores for improvement.
  • Partner with District Managers for specific market needs.
  • Oversee new food service projects based on BU initiatives.
  • Maintain a database of training sessions and visits.
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions addressing market needs.
  • Create a cooperative learning environment with feedback mechanisms.
  • Lead training opportunities as needed.
  • Assist with new store start-ups and remodels.
  • Review food and beverage equipment for compliance.
  • Monitor cleanliness and health requirements of stores.
  • Complete detailed reports summarizing store conditions.
  • Perform monthly preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise special projects or other duties as assigned.
