The Field Execution Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining grocery retail relationships within an assigned territory. This role involves driving sales through effective product placement, merchandising, and executing marketing initiatives. The manager will work closely with grocery store staff to ensure optimal product visibility and sales performance.

  • Develop and maintain grocery retail relationships within an assigned territory.
  • Drive sales by selling and up-selling allocated products.
  • Determine optimal display locations for products in stores.
  • Rotate and stock all company authorized products during store visits.
  • Maintain product placement schematic integrity and manage re-merchandising projects.
  • Accurately record and report product and chain-specific information, documenting daily activities.
  • Execute and monitor company-driven marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Proven retail sales success in promoting grocery store products.
  • Ability to form partnerships with store and produce managers.
  • Capability to provide compelling rationales to store management for product displays.
  • Prior experience managing a large store territory with daily drive time.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-minded, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
