National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) is hiring people to collect crop and livestock information from farm operators and agricultural industry representatives. Data is collected by both phone and in-person interviews.This information is used to make estimates of agricultural data to be utilized by producers, buyers and the state and federal governments. The work is part time and intermittent with flexible days and hours. All training is provided. No experience is needed. An agriculture background is helpful. Applicants must have basic computer skills. We work on an iPad, which will be provided. Being multilingual is a plus but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance. We are looking to hire someone from Daniels, Sheridan and Roosevelt Counties in Montana. Most surveys that we conduct are voluntary for the operator. You are not selling anything, but rejection is a part of this job. If you have any type of full-time or rigid part-time jobs or commitments you may not have enough time for this work. This is not the type of job that can be done only at night or on weekends. We are looking for people that are able to work when we need them. Enumerators must have good people skills, be friendly, and be pleasant to be around with a positive attitude (even when rejected). You will have to pass a background check
