About The Position
The Field Engineer at WSI Technologies is responsible for high-quality installations and support of the company's products and solutions for enterprise, public safety, and local county customers. This role involves configuring operating systems and software applications, providing timely support for break-fix requests, and ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements (SLAs). The Field Engineer will communicate directly with customers and collaborate with various internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
