  • Proficient in basic to intermediate computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Must have current driver’s license and/or passport.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supporting Enterprise IT environments.
  • Ability to travel 0-25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical expertise for pre-installation, installation, and closeout documentation of Commercial Services products, ensuring the systems function.
  • Validate audit remediation effort matches customers expectation.
  • Maintains competency in established area(s) of expertise through vendor and industry training. Liaison with manufacturers regarding product or applications upgrades.
  • Gathers, and updates data pertaining to tools, resources, products, and applications on a regular basis.
  • Develops and applies technology for customers’ use.
  • Proactively develops innovative solutions and programs to enhance business opportunities. Provides active technical mentoring for the Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery teams.
  • Interface with senior-level customer contacts, identify customer needs, add technical expertise to customer proposals, handle objections appropriately, and deliver successful sales presentations adding value through industry knowledge and insight. Personally follows through on customer inquiries and requests. Demonstrates responsiveness. Able to present highly technical topics included advanced products/applications and business solutions to large groups.
