Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electronic security system installation & programming
• Experience leading projects valued at $100,000+
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and system integration
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Professional communication and leadership skills
• Lenel OnGuard Fundamentals (or equivalent experience)
• Software House C•CURE 9000 (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead up to - two concurrent projects across the West Coast
• Supervise field teams and subcontractors
• Program and commission access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems
• Interpret and execute installation drawings and design specifications
• Update as-built documentation (PDF, Excel)
• Maintain government PIV credentials and clearance requirements as needed
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to TFZ’s high standards
