Our Field Engineers travel throughout the United States to support construction activities at active project sites. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting field execution by connecting planning, engineering, and construction activities. This is a field-driven position focused on ensuring work is properly planned, ready for execution, and completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. A typical day as a Field Engineer is spent in a field office located on a construction site working alongside craft supervision and crews. You may start the day by reviewing the plan with superintendents, confirming work packages are ready, and addressing any constraints such as missing materials or unresolved RFIs. Throughout the day, you will support field execution by answering technical questions, performing walk-downs, tracking installed quantities, and ensuring work is progressing according to plan. You will also coordinate with project controls and engineering teams to communicate progress, resolve issues, and prepare for upcoming work, ensuring the next day and week are set up for success.
