Field Engineer (Heavy Civil)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in Heavy Civil Construction Industry.
- Knowledge of heavy civil operations such as utilities, earthwork, concrete, and road construction.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and PDF Editing
- Willingness to travel as required
- Valid Driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with daily field operations on heavy civil projects.
- Support field crews by interpreting plans, specifications, and project documents.
- Assist with work planning, sequencing, and daily coordination with subcontractors.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
- Maintain daily reports, logs, as-builts, and other project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, craft teams, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
