About The Position

The Field Engineer role involves providing comprehensive Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large and complex clients. This includes taking complete ownership of onsite service activities, performing advanced-level maintenance on all products, and conducting low-complexity installation activities. The engineer is expected to provide technical feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve overall service delivery, and use advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs. The position also requires identifying and resolving systemic issues within the team, proactively supporting other team members with technical assistance and expertise, and contributing to improved client services metrics reporting and documentation. Furthermore, the Field Engineer monitors technical and process issues, proactively informing management and/or the team with improvement recommendations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Generally, 2-4 years’ experience in area of responsibility
  • A valid drivers license and criminal background verification will be required
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle
