What success looks like in this role: Serves as Field Engineer for specific clients and/or for specific products and applications, including tech kiosks / desks. Provides software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms and other networked devices. Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers, peripherals and other networked devices. Supports network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance activities. Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required. Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications. Provides follow-up on problems or escalations. Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress. Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions.
