Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Degree.
  • Must have a team driven focus.
  • Accurate with attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely navigate a construction site which will include the following: climbing ladders and stairs, use of job hoists, inclement weather conditions, hazardous/cluttered and dark areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent project management skills desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a plus.
  • Relevant internships a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining daily reports.
  • Assist in maintaining super’s log.
  • Maintain meeting minutes and sign in sheets.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining job schedules.
  • Send or respond as directed to emails on Supers’ behalf.
  • Review design drawings and shop drawings.
  • Create RFIs as directed.
  • Observe and report safety concerns.
  • Accompany Supers on walkthroughs and document.
  • Process submittals.
  • Process RFIs.
  • Assist site superintendents and project managers as required.
