Requirements

  • A strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • A valid driver’s license/passport and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years supporting Enterprise IT environments.
  • Ability to travel 0–25% depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on technical expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle — preinstallation, installation, validation, and closeout.
  • Ensure all Commercial Services systems are designed and functioning to meet customer expectations.
  • Validate audit remediation efforts and confirm final outcomes to match customer requirements.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies through ongoing manufacturer and industry training.
  • Liaise directly with vendors to track product updates, new applications, and advanced capabilities.
  • Identify gaps and propose new solutions or programs that enhance customer experience and expand business opportunities.
  • Partner with senior level customer contacts to understand needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver compelling technical presentations.
  • Build trust through responsiveness, clear communication, and exceptional follow-through.
  • Support sales, solution engineering, and delivery teams with deep technical insights and mentorship.
  • Gather, track, and update technical data, tools, resources, and best practices.
  • Translate complex technical challenges into practical, scalable solutions for customers.
  • Communicate advanced concepts clearly to audiences at all levels — including large groups or executive stakeholders.
  • Support additional technical tasks as needed to ensure project and customer success.
