Requirements

Exceptional leaders with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety
Proficiency with robotic total stations is required
Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans/drawings
Willingness to work a typical 6:00 am – 4:00 pm schedule, with flexibility for extended hours or weekends based on project needs
Ability to travel to various project sites as required

Responsibilities

Utilize robotic total stations and GPS to lay out grids, wall lines, footing corners, and anchor bolts
Monitor daily concrete operations, including placement, finishing, and curing
Identify and resolve field issues related to concrete performance or constructability
Perform site inspections and testing (slump, air content, temperature, etc.)
Act as the bridge between project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain tight schedules
Maintain accurate project logs, reports, and drawings while providing technical guidance to crews
