About The Position

The position involves handling all technical inquiries from field personnel, Sales, CMG, and IMG. The individual will investigate field issues to ensure the cause is understood and the repair method is sound. Additionally, the role includes managing the QA-22 system for the region, determining issues and causes, and analyzing QA-22 data for trends to implement necessary changes or additional training as needed. The position also coordinates sample taking and lab testing, provides onsite training on new products and techniques for all field personnel, and is responsible for quote/order review to ensure proper products, coverage, labor, and details are accounted for to ensure a quality installation. The individual will work specifically with new TM’s and all field personnel to ensure they become technically competent regarding site evaluation, quoting, detail handling, jobsite role, and quality audits. Conducting quarterly technical updates with regional field personnel is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
  • Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment
  • Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365
