The position involves handling all technical inquiries from field personnel, Sales, CMG, and IMG. The individual will investigate field issues to ensure the cause is understood and the repair method is sound. They will manage the QA-22 system for the region, determining issues and causes, and analyze QA-22 data for trends to implement necessary changes or additional training as needed. The role also includes coordinating sample taking and lab testing, providing onsite training on new products and techniques for all field personnel as required, and being responsible for quote/order review to ensure proper products, coverage, labor, and details are accounted for to ensure a quality installation. The individual will work specifically with new TM’s and all field personnel to ensure they become technically competent regarding site evaluation, quoting, detail handling, jobsite role, and quality audits. Additionally, they will conduct quarterly technical updates with regional field personnel.
