As a member of our complex solutions engineering and technical account management team, you will use your networking and product experience to craft, implement, document, test, resolve and deploy Command and Control Network at the edge solutions. In this role you will aid and assist in sophisticated demonstrations for current and future customers, diagnose and resolve sophisticated problems, provide critical architecture support, and maintain a variety of network communication protocols. You'll assist in resolving communication system issues, architect/integrate new solutions and influence emerging technology to address customer challenges. You'll be involved in a diverse number of communications programs and projects for US DoW customers as well as commercial applications and will collaborate closely with a broad spectrum of program managers, hardware/software/project engineers and various internal support organizations on a regular basis. Additionally, you'll research technological advancements and evaluate sophisticated data networking technologies to understand their potential and travel to participate in demonstrations and field work at customer sites domestically and internationally. You will be required to provide training classes on Command and Control Network products to customers.
