About The Position
The Field Engineer (FE) at Hensel Phelps plays a crucial role in supporting the Superintendent with front-line field management. This position involves significant responsibility, including project layout, supervision of trade workers, and ensuring safety and quality control on construction sites. The FE is expected to exercise judgment and discretion in various matters and will spend most of their time in the field, with some duties requiring work in the field office.
