Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment substance screening (Drug Free Employer).
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to report to work on time.
• Field Engineer and Safety Intern candidates should have completed their sophomore year of college or be in a co-op scenario.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internships, co-ops, and student learning/shadowing programs in various fields including civil engineering, safety, equipment operation, general labor, concrete truck operations, heavy equipment mechanical repair, welding, and construction materials QC/QA.
• Travel as required for field engineer internships, including out of town/overnight travel.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
