A DAY IN THE LIFE Support the collection of daily production and safety data. Help coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers. Assist with project equipment management and inventory, including tools and materials. Attend weekly meetings with engineers, subcontractors, and owner representatives. Engage in field activities to gain experience with craft positions. Assist in preparing agendas for daily and monthly meetings (Plan of the Day, Monthly Managers Meetings). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, landowners, and team members to enhance the company’s position. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Currently pursuing a two-year or four-year degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree. Able to relocate to the construction project site assigned for duration of the internship (12 weeks). Have access to reliable transportation. Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR). Comfortable with exposure to dirt, heat, noise, dust, and a trailer office environment. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Visio). Skill in accounting (math and record-keeping). Be independently motivated and have supervisory skills. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.
