About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent by managing the day to day operations of all on-site construction activities for the jobsite. This role is an important support position and entry level to on-site construction project experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.
• Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
• Help ensure and research that operations conform to local, state and federal safety laws and regulations.
