Requirements

  • Currently Seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field: Graduating no later than May 2028.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and relevant industry standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
  • Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • On-Site Technical Support: Collaborate with experienced field service engineers to provide on-site technical assistance for electrical systems, including installations and testing.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to guarantee the optimal performance and compliance of electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients in a professional and customer-centric manner, addressing inquiries, providing technical expertise, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service activities, including service reports, client feedback, and any necessary product modifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and R&D, to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects.
