The Field Engineer 2 performs on time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment. The FE2 is aware of and follows all Field Modification Instructions and/or Instrument Service Information bulletins. Works with experienced Field Engineers, both onsite and remotely, to learn troubleshooting, repair and equipment installation techniques. Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. The Field Engineer will primarily perform preventative maintenance, throughout Central Florida. This role requires the candidate to work onsite at customer locations and occasionally from home office. To provide onsite customer support, candidate needs to be able to work in the Orlando FL area. This is a 3rd shift role – hours are: 9pm to 6:00 am on average but depending on business needs could be flexible.
