In this role, you will function as a team or site leader, providing direction to other technicians while performing server and storage break and fix tasks. You will provide support for enterprise products, including desk side support, enterprise storage products, and networking products, with a focus on Cisco certification requirements. Additionally, you will support payment systems products and Unisys core-CMOS products, and may have project management responsibilities for smaller projects. Your specialized technical skills will be essential as you provide support for software, hardware, and networking for desktops, laptops, and servers. You will also maintain and support legacy products, install and maintain PCs and associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals, and perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required. Testing and certifying PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications will be part of your responsibilities, along with providing follow-up on problems or escalations. Maintaining a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress is crucial, as is ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction. You will be responsible for meeting client-specific Service Level Agreements and ensuring that incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system. Additionally, you will perform IMAC and have exposure to project management while supporting Unisys legacy products.
