The Field Enablement Program Manager for AWS India will play a crucial role in collaborating with Vertical Leaders and Managers to program manage and execute the enablement priorities specific to their respective verticals. This position is pivotal in driving and ensuring that our field teams receive timely and relevant learning opportunities, starting from their initial onboarding and extending to continuous learning initiatives, referred to as 'Always-boarding'. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs that align with AWS's strategic goals and support the growth of the organization at scale. In this role, the Program Manager will leverage their understanding of the Field Enablement and Readiness functions to execute existing training programs while also influencing the creation of new initiatives that cater to the evolving needs of AWS India. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, as the candidate will need to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into actionable program requirements. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, assessing business needs, and addressing readiness gaps through collaboration with key stakeholders. The Program Manager will also be responsible for implementing metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of enablement programs, ensuring that the content library remains current and relevant, and utilizing the best tools and technology to facilitate program adoption and scalability. This position is integral to the success of AWS India, as it directly contributes to the development and performance of field teams across the organization.
