About The Position
Field Education and Supervised Ministry is a learning/serving experience that fosters growth in professional skills and personal and vocational identity for students in ministerial settings. It integrates academic studies with ministerial practice through reflection. While Brite Divinity School does not provide a job placement service, the Office of Field Education and Supervised Ministry acts as a broker to connect students seeking jobs with congregations and agencies looking for part-time seminary workers. Students can begin their search for 'learning and earning' experiences by completing the Field Education Information Application, and the Director of Field Education offers vocational counseling to assist students in their employment search.
