The Field Development Support Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the operational, analytical, and strategic needs of the Field Development organization, which includes Flex Team, Training, Contract Administration, Bidfast, and Financial Compliance departments. This role will be responsible for analyzing departmental data, building and maintaining KPI dashboards, supporting automation initiatives, and assisting in the development and maintenance of training content. The Analyst will work closely with department managers and the Senior Director to drive efficiency, compliance, and performance across all teams. IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros.
