About The Position

As a Field Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to implement the company's strategy within your region to drive sales and foster growth. You will represent the company in the field. A key responsibility of your role is to identify emerging leaders and mentor those ready to advance in title, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to succeed. Additionally, you will organize and lead regional events, workshops, and training sessions to engage and motivate the consultants and leaders in your region. You will be tasked with achieving monthly sales targets, increasing the number of new and retained consultants, and ensuring the growth of the consultant and leader base in your region.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to grow markets through sponsoring, coaching and leadership development
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to translate data into actionable field strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and motivational skills.
  • 5 years experience in field development, regional management or direct selling leadership.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to attend field events, training sessions, leadership meetings and corporate events.
  • This is a remote position but must reside in Texas.
  • Must Reside in the U.S
  • Direct Sales Experience Required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Head of the Sales Department to execute the company’s business strategy and customize it to fit regional market conditions.
  • Sales Management: Drive regional sales initiatives and achieve set targets for region.
  • Leadership Development: Identify emerging leaders and mentor those ready to advance in title, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Regional Event Coordination: Organize and lead regional events, workshops, and training sessions to engage and motivate the field.
  • Budget: Manage and maximize the effectiveness of the Region’s budget to grow his/her market while operating within the assigned financial limits.
  • Serve as the corporate representative and liaison to the field, sharing monthly program and product updates and recognizing achievements.
  • All other duties as assigned
