About The Position
The Field Development Associate will provide administrative and logistical support to the Field Development team, assisting in the coordination and tracking of training programs for new Financial Advisor Trainees. This role will be responsible for maintaining program records, scheduling training sessions, and supporting the development of training materials. The associate will interact with Financial Advisor Trainees, Branch Managers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth program operations.
