ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our pre-sales organization, focusing on building credibility and trust with technical leaders in our largest customers. The role involves developing cross-functional strategies and solutions, leveraging technical expertise and real-world experience to help customers understand the value of the ServiceNow platform. The Enterprise Architect will engage with customer executives, lead architecture and design engagements, and communicate high-level strategies to various audiences, including CIOs and CTOs.

  • Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities to deliver value and translate them into solutions from ServiceNow.
  • Work with a wide variety of customers, colleagues, and partners to help them understand the power of the Now platform.
  • Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets the needs of strategic customers.
  • Understand the business strategy of the customer and articulate how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value to their organization.
  • Communicate the details behind the ServiceNow architecture at various levels.
  • Interact at multiple levels within a customer account and maintain these relationships throughout their customer journey.
  • Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal ServiceNow business units.
  • Identify, lead, and contribute to the creation of best practices and white papers.
  • 10 or more years of proven success in influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales, customer, or delivery-focused role.
  • Experience in one of the following industries: Financial Services, Telco/Media, Technology, Manufacturing, SLED, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures in an application domain and integrating multiple systems or platforms.
  • Familiarity with common Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
  • Experience presenting architecture concepts, designs, and goals to technology leaders and partners.
  • Experience with Human-Centered Design techniques to explore the customer's current reality and set a vision for the future.
  • An intrinsic ability to understand and prioritize work and make big bets when the time is right.
  • Willingness to jump in and roll up sleeves alongside customers, colleagues, and partners.
