Seeking a Field Crew Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Meridian, MS. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! Pay is between $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience) We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead field crews on multifaceted construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish while maintaining safety, quality, and budgetary standards.

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor field crews on construction projects within correctional facilities.
  • Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including welding and the use of hand tools such as grinders.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation.
  • 5+ years of experience supervising field crews on complex or multifaceted construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct and motivate teams.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Proficiency in welding and use of common construction tools (e.g., grinders).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as required.
