This full-time, 40-hour-per-week Field Coordinator role is for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work on construction sites in Southern Virginia, with minimal desk time. The position involves learning by doing, building a strong foundation in trades and field supervision, and developing a working knowledge of core project disciplines like earthwork, concrete, mechanical piping, and equipment installation. You will also gain an understanding of how key subcontractors, including those specializing in electrical systems, instrumentation and controls (I&C), and HVAC, contribute to complex water and wastewater projects, aiming to develop both technical skills and a comprehensive project delivery perspective.
