About The Position

Senior PsychCare is currently seeking a Field Coordinator to add to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who needs minimal direction, wants challenging work, and can add value! BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with the Regional Managers and Corporate team, responsible for customer care and service utilization for all Company Services facilities and doctors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining: On-going communication with our existing accounts as directed; client satisfaction and retention Updating account information as necessary or required Organizing and attending weekly meetings with our contracted nursing homes and regional providers Assistance with onboarding new business and new providers Interaction with nursing home medical and administrative staff to generate referrals and collect missing referral documents Traveling up to five days a week to nursing homes in the assigned geographic region; Office work when necessary or required Assistance with promoting and facilitating telecommunications in the nursing homes Awareness of changes in the healthcare industry through self-education, peer education and professional involvement in the community

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate must have more than two years’ experience in a healthcare business/marketing environment, preferably with knowledge of long term healthcare.
  • The ability to work and communicate with people at all levels with diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality is essential.
  • Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation, initiative, independence and strong customer service orientation.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
