About The Position

The Field Consultant role at AAA Northeast involves representing the organization within its road service contractor network, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors. This position is critical for driving the adoption of AAA programs and ensuring that service standards are met across the assigned territory. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business concentration preferred.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in automotive industry, logistics, franchise business management, account management, or sales.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships between the road service contractor network and AAA.
• Conduct regular in-person contractor visits to communicate AAA program standards and monitor KPIs.
• Develop action plans to ensure minimum facility requirements and AAA standards are met.
• Analyze territory performance and seasonal resource requirements to ensure service levels are met.
• Manage the new contractor process, including recruitment, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Provide contractor consulting services regarding operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Support deployment of Road Service systems, technology, and equipment.
• Prepare materials and coordinate contractor group meetings and events.
• Research industry best practices and technologies and share insights with peers and contractors.
