About The Position

Requirements

• 12 years of applicable experience in construction management.
• History of working as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Superintendent.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project financials and risk assessment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Understanding of applicable employee laws and HR policies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Familiarity with Autocad and 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, equipment, material, and manpower on construction sites.
• Support and assist the project lead or act as the project lead.
• Manage overall project communication and strategic planning among stakeholders.
• Assess project resource demands and develop organization charts.
• Enforce and develop necessary project documents and compliance with local ordinances.
• Lead project constructability reviews and improve execution plans.
• Evaluate project financials and make informed decisions on risks and opportunities.
• Communicate project objectives and status to stakeholders effectively.
• Act as the primary client point of contact in the absence of the PM.
• Lead safety culture initiatives and oversee incident management.
• Ensure compliance with quality plans and conduct inspections.
• Lead project closeout processes and client critiques.
