About The Position
GAF Energy is seeking a Field Services Manager to play an important role in our mission to harvest energy from rooftops and deliver ultimate customer satisfaction. This exciting role will report to the Director of Field Operations, Enterprise, and work within a cross-functional team to ensure the overall success of GAF Energy’s field installations in our New Homes, Military Housing, and Commercial markets. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with residential solar, EV, or stationary storage and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for and act as a crucial member of the team by technically interfacing with our roofing partners, enterprise customers, homeowners, residents, the electrician network, project coordinators, and various state and local municipal staff. You will provide field management of our subcontractors, as well as coordination between subcontractors and our internal and external partners. You will also provide training support to electricians and roofing partners.
