Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 0-2 years' experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
Nice To Haves
- Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or other science-related field.
- Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, Surgical Tech, or in a related clinical field.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
- Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
- Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Educate customers on the proper clinical usage of company products using various platforms (e.g., presentations, hands-on demos, digital tools).
- Lead customer-facing education initiatives to communicate clinical benefits, best practices, and product advancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and ambulatory surgery center personnel.
- Participate in surgical cases, providing hands-on support in hospital and ASC settings.
- Monitor patient progress post-procedure and collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes.
- Identify potential patients and referral sources, supporting education and awareness around chronic pain therapies.
- Participate in community awareness initiatives to increase patient engagement and therapy adoption.
- Respond to office inquiries promptly, maintaining open and reliable communication with healthcare partners.
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely and compliant manner according to all regulatory standards.
- Travel frequently within your assigned region, with occasional overnight stays based on business needs.
- Flexibility with territory size is required.
