Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years' experience in a sales and/or clinical role.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or other science-related field.
  • Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, Surgical Tech, or in a related clinical field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
  • Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
  • Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Educate customers on the proper clinical usage of company products using various platforms (e.g., presentations, hands-on demos, digital tools).
  • Lead customer-facing education initiatives to communicate clinical benefits, best practices, and product advancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and ambulatory surgery center personnel.
  • Participate in surgical cases, providing hands-on support in hospital and ASC settings.
  • Monitor patient progress post-procedure and collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes.
  • Identify potential patients and referral sources, supporting education and awareness around chronic pain therapies.
  • Participate in community awareness initiatives to increase patient engagement and therapy adoption.
  • Respond to office inquiries promptly, maintaining open and reliable communication with healthcare partners.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely and compliant manner according to all regulatory standards.
  • Travel frequently within your assigned region, with occasional overnight stays based on business needs.
  • Flexibility with territory size is required.
