About The Position

The Field Clinical Representative II at Boston Scientific Neuromodulation is responsible for providing sales and clinical support for spinal cord stimulation products. This role involves educating healthcare professionals about product usage, participating in clinical observations, and ensuring patient success with implanted devices. The representative will work closely with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and promote pain management solutions, contributing to the improvement of patients' lives through innovative technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.

Nice To Haves

• Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.
• Experience as Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech or Surgical Tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for sales and clinical support in troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Participate in case reviews and clinical observations with physicians and hospital staff.
• Attend cases in operating rooms and perform patient follow-ups to ensure success with implanted products.
• Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and demonstrate how company products can help achieve their goals.
• Utilize company resources to identify potential patients and educate them on neuromodulation and pain management.
• Develop relationships with hospital and surgery center personnel to facilitate future sales.
• Respond to customer and patient needs by developing creative solutions or collaborating with other personnel.
