The Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the vision, securing business outcomes/value realisation, and leading the customer’s transformation strategy from top down. The role will also be overseeing the technical direction, innovation, and establish the bridge between strategy and delivery. Leading a transformation journey as a Field CTO involves driving the governance and technical aspects of the transformation and ensuring that the customer is well-positioned to embrace and leverage the new way of working.
