About The Position
The Field Case Specialist (FCS) is a key contributor to the overall patient support program for Purified Cortrophin Gel. The FCS is an extension of the overlapping reimbursement director and assists with facilitating treatment access for patients by working directly and in-person with prescribing offices in the field. This work would include communicating with offices on the results of the benefit investigations, educating health care providers on next steps for the prior authorization and appeal process, and coordinating other patient services.
