As a Field Business Development Representative, you’ll be the face of Meadow in Texas, launching and scaling a new market from the ground up. You’ll be our first Field BDR in the state, bringing a proven playbook from California while adapting and improving it as we grow. This is a true startup role: high ownership, high autonomy, and direct impact on our national expansion. You’ll focus on building strong partnerships with hospices and care providers across DFW or Houston. Because many families turn to these providers for guidance, the relationships you build will directly shape how families experience Meadow. This is not about hard selling — it’s about earning trust, building long-term partnerships, and modernizing an outdated industry. You’ll own your territory end-to-end, growing a referral network that compounds over time. This role is highly field-based, requiring regular in-person visits across your market. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
