About The Position

As our Field Business Development Consultant, you’ll own a territory and grow it. You’ll uncover customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and move deals from first contact to close—all while partnering with marketing and keeping a sharp eye on market trends.

Requirements

  • Track record in outside sales or related client-facing sales roles.
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-directed with excellent time management.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven negotiating and closing ability.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred.
